All These Little Things In Life...

I'm at the point where I have to make a decision regarding my future, and I just don't know what the right decision is. I went to college for year and had enough credits to make me a second semester sophomore. I decided this school wasn't the right place for me and didn't go back in the fall. Instead, I entered a medical assistant program and in 5 weeks I will have successfully completed it. I've already done clinicals that are required for nursing, plus all of the framework and CPR/first aid certification. Between all of those credits, I will be far ahead in a nursing curriculum when I go back to school. Here's where I'm stuck. I don't know if it would be better to work as an MA and go to a community college fulltime (because it would only take one or two more semesters) then graduate with my associate's degree and work in a hospital so that I can get tuition reimbursement for my bachelor's degree. Or, I don't know if it would be better to go back to school for another two or three years and just get my bachelor's degree at a good college. I was accepted to a crapload of places with good nursing schools, like Northeastern University, Boston College, Simmons, etc...I just don't know what the right thing to do is. You start off at the same pay rate regardless of your degree level, right? Any insight on what I should do would be much appreciated. My ultimate goal is to become a Physician's Assistant.
